LANDSCAPING

A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The guidelines, criteria and standards presented herein establish the minimum acceptable standard for design and preparation of Landscape Maintenance Assessment District 89-1 landscape and irrigation plans for approval by the City of Palmdale.

Landscaped areas that are to be incorporated into the Landscape Maintenance Assessment District 89-1 shall require approval by the City Landscape Architect.

In addition to the Assessment District landscaping, all on-site slope landscape and irrigation plans as required per the grading plan shall require approval by the City Landscape Architect.

Prior to submittal, a Licensed Landscape Architect must sign (wet signature) and stamp each sheet of plans and indicate license number and expiration date.

B. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS

All prints submitted shall be folded to a size no larger than 9" x 12".

1. The initial submittal of a Landscape Plan for review shall include the following to be submitted to the City Engineer's office - Plan Check Division:
2. a.Approved Grading Plan - one (1) copy
3. b.Tentative Tract Map - one (1) copy
4. c.All Approved Conditions of Approval - one (1) copy
5. d.Landscape and Irrigation Plans - two (2) copies
