RESOLUTION NUMBER: 336R-22

TITLE: AUTHORIZE THE PREPARATION, ADVERTISEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS FOR THE PROJECT "2022 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM" FOR THE DEPT. OF ENGINEERING

WHEREAS, Jackson Township has a number of roadways that require improvements; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Township Engineer, Stephen Schreiber, are asking approval to prepare, advertise and receive bids for the project “2022 Drainage Improvement Program”; and

WHEREAS, the Township Council desires to authorize the Township Engineer to solicit public bids, in accordance with all legal requirements, for said project.

  • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
  • The Township Engineer, Stephen Schreiber is hereby authorized and directed to prepare, advertise and solicit bids for the project “2022 Drainage Improvement Program”.
  • That upon the adoption of this Resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Stephen Schreiber, the Purchasing Agent and any other interested parties.
