Key improvements within the project limits include:

  • Add 8 foot sidewalk along the western side of Highland Avenue
  • Adding a crosswalk at Wilder Avenue
  • Adding a crosswalk at Giddens Avenue
  • Restore roadway pavement
  • Upgrading the corridor lighting, ADA, pavement markings, and signage

Construction is currently anticipated to begin in late 2027.
