This office has prepared a construction cost estimate to determine the required performance guarantee, safety & stabilization guarantee, and inspection fee amounts for the above referenced project in accordance with the Jackson Township Land Use Regulations, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law (NJSA 40:55D-1, et seq.). After review of the plans submitted the Applicant should be required to post the following guarantee and or escrow as applicable:
