RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PREPARATION, ADVERTISEMENT AND RECEIPT OF BID FOR METAL ROOF REPLACEMENT AT MOTOR POOL GARAGE

WHEREAS, the Public Works has determined that there may be a need for Metal roof replacement at the Motor Pool Garage;

WHEREAS, the Public Works has requested that the Township Council authorize the preparation, advertisement and receipt of bids for Metal Roof replacement at Motor Pool;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:

  1. That the Township Council does hereby authorize the preparation, advertisement and receipt of sealed bids for Metal Roof replacement at Motor Pool Garage;
  2. That after the date and time for the receipt of sealed bids has been determined, a Notice to Bidders shall be advertised as prescribed by law.
  3. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Municipal Administrator, the Director of Public Works and Purchasing Department.
