RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON AMENDING RESOLUTION R311-23

WHEREAS, on August 8, 2023, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson adopted Resolution R311-23 appropriate township officials to execute any and all necessary documents in conjunction with the acquisition of property known and designated as block 10002, lot 20 a/k/a 234 Leesville road, Jackson Township, New Jersey

WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Resolution to amend Resolution R311-23 to provide the account number; and

WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that sufficient funding exists for this purpose in Account number: Open Space T-19-56-861-000-819; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this _____ day of _____, 2023, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. Resolution will have to be amended to include the account number to be charged: Open Space T-19-56-861-000-819.
2. Certified copies of this Resolution to Township Administrator, CFO, Township Engineer, Purchasing Agent and any other interested parties
