COMMUNITY GARDEN
The Villa Verde Rooftop Community Garden is hosted by the City of Pasadena's Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department and was created with the support of the City of Pasadena. The community garden aligns with the Department's mission to preserve and improve the physical, social, and economic health of Pasadena neighborhoods by delivering inclusive, innovative, and progressive recreational and community service programs. The garden is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a member of the Los Angeles Community Garden Council, which provides administrative support to a large network of community gardens in Los Angeles County.

PASADENA PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES REFUND POLICY
Program/Activity Registrations/Aquatics
Refunds must be requested in writing at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the activity/program start date. A customer receipt must accompany the refund request, and a 20% administrative charge may be deducted. Failure to cancel prior to ten (10) calendar days from the activity/program start date will forfeit all paid fees.
Afterschool Program
Refunds must be requested in writing, and received by the Afterschool Adventures Program office prior to the week and/or month that the child(ren) will not attend. A 20% administrative charge may be deducted. Failure to cancel prior will forfeit all paid fees.
Summer Camp
Refunds must be requested in writing, and received by the Summer Camp Program office prior to the week and/or month that the child(ren) will not attend. A 20% administrative charge may be deducted. Failure to cancel prior will forfeit all paid fees.
Memberships
All membership sales are final.
Point-of-Sale
No refunds provided once services have been rendered.
Facility Reservations/Permits
The individual to whom the permit was issued is required to notify the Facility Reservations Desk or Special Events Office in writing of any cancellation. Notification provided to the Reservation Desk shall be by one of the following methods:

31+ Calendar days prior to reservation: 100% refund
11-30 Calendar days prior to reservation: 80% refund
