## PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to a public meeting on Tuesday, November 17, to discuss the Resurfacing, Restoration and Rehabilitation project that includes median modifications along State Road (S.R.) 45 /U.S. 41 from south of S.R. 758 (Bee Ridge Road) to south of S.R. 683 (U.S. 301).

FDOT provides multiple ways to participate.

## In-Person Option:

Attend in person anytime November 17, Tuesday, from 5 - 6:30 p.m. at the Sarasota County Selby Library, Jack J. Geldbart Auditorium, 1331 1st St, Sarasota, FL 34236. The open house format provides a video presentation that will replay automatically so attendees can arrive at their convenience and the project team will be available to answer questions for the duration. Attendees will also have the ability to submit comments.

## Online Project Website:

For the communities' convenience and 24-hour access, all meeting materials including the project video will be available online the day before the meeting. This option also includes the option to comment online.

While comments about the project are accepted at any time, please send comments by December 1, 2026, to be included in the meeting record.

## PUBLIC COMMENT

FDOT is sending notices to all property owners, business owners, interested persons and organizations within 300 feet from the project limits to provide comments to FDOT regarding this project.

While comments about the project are accepted at any time, please send your comments by December 1, 2026, to be included in the meeting record.
