This report has been prepared in support of a proposed residential subdivision in Jackson Township, Ocean County, New Jersey. The report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Stormwater Management Rules at N.J.A.C. 7:8, local ordinances, and current industry standards.

The site fronts South Hope Chapel Rd. The front half of the site contains 3 single family houses, driveways and accessory structures. The remainder of the site is wooded. The east portion of the site drains towards South Hope Chapel Rd. A portion of the South drains towards the neighboring property along the South property line. A small portion of the site drains towards the neighboring property along the East property line. The remainder of the site drains West to the wetlands located in the rear of the site.
The applicant proposes to develop the site with a cul-de-sac and 11 lot subdivision. For details of the proposed design refer to the Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision plan.
Per the NRCS Web Soil Survey the project site and tributary drainage areas consist of the following soils:
