Based on the total floor area proposed, a 25 FT residential screen buffer is required and has been provided.
7. Architectural Considerations – The applicant should be prepared to discuss the various architectural treatments which are proposed. The applicant should specifically address consistency and compatibility of the proposed building with respect to the existing site and development in the surrounding area. Color renderings should be available for Board review.
8. Solid Waste Storage – Solid waste storage facilities consist of one-10 x 18 refuse enclosure at the Easterly side of the site. The applicant should indicate adequacy of the facilities in relation to anticipated solid waste including recyclables. The applicant should also confirm that all specific provisions of Ordinance Section 244-208 relating to solid waste storage will be met including required landscaping.
9. Site Signage –Building signage is proposed and complies with ordinance standards. Any additional proposed signage shall be in compliance with ordinance standards.

A General Note should be added indicating that all site lighting will be adjusted as may be directed by the Township Engineer should unanticipated offsite glare impacts result from the development which is proposed.
