  1. The subject property is located within the NC – Neighborhood Commercial Zone District (Per the Jackson Township Ordinance).
  2. The Applicant’s original application was to seek preliminary and final site plan and conditional use approval to construct a 22,148-sf proposed 2-story daycare building for a maximum of 270 children (newborn to 6 yrs old) and 40 staff members. According to the statement of operations dated 7/24/2026, the Applicant is currently seeking preliminary and final site plan approval to construct a 32,955 sf proposed 2-story daycare with basement for a maximum of 400 children (newborn to 4 yrs old) and approximately 53 staff members.
