DOL had 1 new hires since the last board meeting.

-Brands- Livestock District Investigator- District 14 Cascade, Teton and L&C County).

DOL had 3 vacated positions:

• Animal Health- Microbiologist in the Lab- last day on Sept. 19^{th}

• Brands- Market Supervisor; last day was Sept. 5^{th}
• CSD- Public Relations Specialist- Last day was September 25th

The Department has (O) future resignation notices at this time.
