RESOLUTION 274R-20 TITLE: RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF JUNK YARD LICENSE FOR CY 2020 TO CENTRAL JERSEY AUTO SALVAGE “2”, BLOCK 902, LOT 8, 9 & 10 (470 CHANDLER ROAD)

WHEREAS, Central Jersey Auto Salvage “2” has submitted an application for the approval of a junk yard license; and

WHEREAS, applicant Alexander Levin has paid the requisite renewal fee, has notified all property owners within 200' feet of the premises to be licensed and has complied with all necessary requirements for renewal pursuant to Chapter 239 of the Administrative Code of the Township of Jackson; and

WHEREAS, each of the necessary municipal departments and agencies has recommended the approval of the license renewal;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:

  1. The junk yard license issued to Central Jersey Auto Salvage “2” is hereby approved for CY 2020
  2. Said license issued for CY 2020 is for the period commencing January 1, 2020 and terminating on December 31, 2020, nunc pro tunc.
  3. Said license is issued subject to the applicant’s continued compliance with conditions and requirements as follows:
  4. Payment of all outstanding fees and taxes.
  5. The applicant obtaining all other local, County and State permits.
  6. That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it along with the required license certificate to Central Jersey Auto Salvage “2”, Block 902, Lot 8, 9 & 10 (470 Chandler Road).

WHEREAS, Audrey De Gaster, t/a Ain’t Misbehaving Canine Sleep Over, 156 West Commodore Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey (Block 2403, Lot 11) has submitted an application for renewal of a license to operate a kennel at the premises as set forth below pursuant to Article III of Chapter 98 of the Jackson Township Code; and

WHEREAS, the application is in proper form, the proper fees have been paid and taxes have been paid up-to-date on the premises in question; and
