the purchase of scrap metals generated by the Township of Jackson in accordance with the bid specifications previously provided, for one (1) 24-month contract term, and may be renewable at the discretion of the Township of Jackson and the availability of funds in subsequent budgets, for one (1) two-year extension or two (2) one-year extensions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the following: Terence Wall, Township Administrator; Janice Kisty, RMC, Township Clerk/Registrar; Veronica Dingle, Purchasing Agent; Robert Stauffer, CPWM, CRP, Public Works Supervisor; and Mazza Recycling Services, Ltd.

TITLE: RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY RENEWING LIQUOR LICENSES FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2020 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2021
MOTION TO APPROVE BY: CHISHOLM MOTION SECONDED BY: FLEMMING YES: BRESSI, CHISHOLM, FLEMMING, KERN, SAUICKIE
WHEREAS, the current holders of Plenary Retail Consumption, Plenary Retail Distribution and Club Alcoholic Beverage Licenses have filed their renewal applications for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, all of said licensees have complied with the State Law and local ordinances, have submitted the proper license fee as hereinafter noted and applications, and it is the desire of this governing body to grant said licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Township Attorney has reviewed said license renewal applications and has approved them as to form and content; and
WHEREAS, the Jackson Township Police Department has conducted the necessary inspections for the license renewals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
