Regular meetings of the Surry County Board of Commissioners are held at 6:00 p.m., on the first and third Mondays, in the Historic Courthouse, Dobson, NC. However, State law only requires the Board to meet once a month if it decides to amend this calendar following its adoption. If a County-recognized holiday falls on Monday, the meeting is held on Tuesday, or a date determined by the Commissioners. The County observes the State's holiday schedule.

The Board may amend this calendar as needed.
