3. Image Conflicts
- Due to the wide variety of images, applications for brands which contain images will be checked for conflict against images classified as same or similar.
- Brands containing images will also be conflict checked against existing brands consisting of a character(s) to ensure distinguishability.
- Examples of similar images include but are not limited:
