Background Info: At the August Board Meeting, the Board voted on and issued the final order in the contested case hearing to transfer Valley LLC’s livestock market certificate to HLA, LLC. On September 16, 2026, Valley View LLC filed a motion for protective order requesting an order preventing dissemination of confidential financial information concerning the seller. Recommendation: Legal counsel will advise the Board during the meeting.
