I. MINUTES Chairman, Bryan, requested comments on approval of the minutes from the December 03, 2024, meeting. There were no comments. Motion: Mr. Mitchell moved to approve the minutes, and Ms. Ketchum seconded the motion to approve the minutes, without amendments.
