Committee Chair, Nelson Kamerman, called the meeting to order at 9:11 a.m.
At the request of Chairman Kamerman, Kelly Calnan called roll.

Dave Lewis, Big Creek Dairy, requested to transfer quota in the amount of 4,444 lbs/day to Zenith Colony. With the mandatory 10% reduction, total quota to be transferred is 4,000 lbs/day. A motion was made by Sam Hofer to approve the transfer. John Waldner seconded the motion. Majority of members present voted in favor with Dave Lewis abstaining. Motion carried.
Dan Daugherty, Triple D Dairy, requested transfer quota in the amount of 10,115 lbs/day to Shane Leep, Leep Dairy. With the mandatory 10% reduction the total quota to be transferred is 9,103 lbs/day. A motion was made by Dave Lewis to approve the transfer. John Waldner seconded the motion. Majority of member present voted in favor with Shane Leep abstaining. Motion carried.
Dave Lewis moved to accept the minutes of July 30, 2025, as written, Sam Hofer seconded the motion. All members present voted in favor. Motion carried.
