When necessary, motorists should anticipate lane closures on the I-75 ramps between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. and full ramp closures between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Single-lane closures on Sumter Boulevard and Toledo Blade Boulevard can be expected from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. as well as 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., and double lane closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. As major closures are added to the schedule, more information will be included in the weekly update.

I-75 and Clark Rd: Landscape project: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will be installing landscaping and associated irrigation within the interchange through late fall. Motorists can expect occasional shoulder closures on Clark Road and I-75 ramps as tree and plant material are being offloaded (no landscaping to be installed on the interstate).
Watch for trucks and landscaping equipment entering and exiting throughout the project limits.
Be prepared for intermittent shoulder closures.

I-75 Bridge Nos. 170090, 170091, 170093, 170096, 170101, 170177, 170110, 170178, and 170111 from S.R. 777 to S.R. 681 in Sarasota County: Testing project: The contractor will have single-lane closures with flagging operations on I-75 at the bridge locations to test for asbestos and metal-based coatings overnight from October 19-23. Lane closures will be intermittent and will occur between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Please use caution and watch for workers in the project area.
Districtwide Movable Bridges (Sarasota County): Construction Project: The Florida Department of Transportation is installing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) at various locations in Sarasota County. The following bridges began construction in March 2025:
