SECTION 3. Chapter 244-57.2 entitled “HCMU Highway Commercial Mixed-Use Zone” shall be amended as follows:

  • (49) Shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
  • Contractor’s office, showroom, garage, storage and shop, provided that the aggregate of all buildings and storage areas is under 50,000 square feet and provided further that all materials and equipment are stored within a completely enclosed building.
  • (69) Shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
  • Mini storage and self-storage.
  • (77) Shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
  • Distribution center, fulfillment center, and warehouse, provided that the aggregate of all buildings and storage areas is under 50,000 square feet, inclusive of assembly and finishing of materials or products.
  • Conditional Uses, subject to the provisions are as follows:
  • Warehouses 50,000 square feet or greater (\$244-133.2).
  • SECTION 4. Chapter 244-62, entitled “LM Commercial Office/Light Industrial Zone” shall be amended as follows:
  • (7) Shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
  • Contractor's office, showroom, garage, storage and shop; provided however that all materials and equipment are stored within a completely enclosed building.
  • 17 (d) Shall be deleted and replaced with the following: (d) The aggregate of all buildings and storage areas is under 50,000 square feet.
  • Shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
  • Mini storage and self-storage.
  • Conditional uses, subject to the provisions of Article VIII of this chapter shall be amended to delete C (6) and replace with the following:
