ROLL CALL - Members present: Dave George, Ron Breitbach, Kathleen Scherrman, Jerry Sigwarth, and Samantha Boyes, Steve Davis and Lisa Flanagan. Staff Present: Ed Raber, Ben Kober, Bill Doyle and Amy Schmerbach.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - A motion was made by Mr. Sigwarth, seconded by Mr. Davis, and passed unanimously to approve the minutes of the January 20, 2026 meeting. Vote: 7-0.
Plat of Survey of Brimeyer Place No. 4 – Final Plat – Representative did not appear - A motion was made by Jerry Sigwarth, seconded by Dave George to hear the case later in the meeting to see if someone would be there to represent the case. The motion passed unanimously. Vote 7-0.
Plat of Survey of Sherrill West Side Fourth Addition – Final Plat – Speaking to the board was Dave Schneider, Schneider Land Surveying. A motion was made by Ron Breitbach, seconded by Jerry Sigwarth, to approve the plat. The motion passed unanimously. Vote 7-0.
Plat of Survey of Leslein Place Plat 2 - Final Plat – Speaking to the board was Dave Schneider, Schneider Land Surveying. A motion was made by Samantha Boyes, seconded by Jerry Sigwarth, to approve the plat. The motion passed unanimously. Vote 7-0.
Plat of Survey of Genesis Subdivision – Final Plat - Speaking to the board was Dave Schneider, Schneider Land Surveying. A motion was made by Jerry Sigwarth, seconded by Samantha Boyes, to approve the plat. Steve Davis abstained because the applicant is a client of his and he doesn't want there to be any conflict of interest. The motion passed unanimously. Vote 6-0.
