[ ] 10. Development Fee, determined by Zoning Office, if applicable.

  • Development Fee Form or,
  • C.O.H.A. Fee For.

[ ] 11. Two (2) sets of Architecturally Sealed Plans of the Currently Adopted New Jersey, International Residential Code.

  • Requesting a partial release for a footing and foundation permit requires three sets of Architecturally Sealed Plans.
  • Two (2) sets of Board signed & sealed engineering plans (FULL SIZE) along with Fire Bureau approval seal.
  • [ ] 12. Energy Sheet and Calculations, if not included on the architectural plans. a. Two (2) sets shall be Referencing N.J.A.C. 5:23-2.15(f)1.vi, 2.18(b) and 3.18.
  • [ ] 13. Two (2) sets of the Plumbing and Gas Riser Diagrams shall be submitted, if not included on the architectural plans.
  • [ ] 14. Two (2) sets of the Electrical Layout Diagram shall be submitted, if not included on the architectural plans.
  • [ ] 15. Licensed Contractors.

[ ] 16. HVAC Equipment Specifications. Two (2) sets per different device and letter from the builder or architect giving the size of the heating appliance with a diagram of the duct work and flow rate shown.

[ ] 17. Additional Equipment being installed. Two (2) sets of drawings and specifications for each item:

  • Fireplace f. Generators
  • Decks g. Vacuum Systems
  • Wood & Pellet Stoves h. Fire Sprinkler Systems
  • Elevator i. Solar Heating/Electrical Systems
