[ ] 11. Two (2) sets of Architecturally Sealed Plans of the Currently Adopted New Jersey, International Residential Code.
Requesting a partial release for a footing and foundation permit requires three sets of Architecturally Sealed Plans.
Two (2) sets of Board signed & sealed engineering plans (FULL SIZE) along with Fire Bureau approval seal.
[ ] 12. Energy Sheet and Calculations, if not included on the architectural plans. a. Two (2) sets shall be Referencing N.J.A.C. 5:23-2.15(f)1.vi, 2.18(b) and 3.18.
[ ] 13. Two (2) sets of the Plumbing and Gas Riser Diagrams shall be submitted, if not included on the architectural plans.
[ ] 14. Two (2) sets of the Electrical Layout Diagram shall be submitted, if not included on the architectural plans.
[ ] 15. Licensed Contractors.
