A health and safety training matrix plan details the minimum health and safety training required for each employee's role.
Hastoe will provide any supplementary health and safety training, as required in order to meet the current regulations. This may be via online training courses, in house training and external courses.
Records of all health and safety training and qualifications will be held by the HR department.
Should any employees have any queries about any health and safety training or where they feel there are areas they require health and safety training, they should contact their Line Manager.
