6) Strategic Plan
Neighbourhood Health Plans and the identification of priorities relating to three strategic shifts (from hospital to community, from treatment to prevention, and from analogue to digital) and addressing health inequalities and the wider determinants of health will support the ongoing development and delivery of the Devon County Council Strategic Plan.

The development of neighbourhood health in Devon and particularly the shifts to community settings and prevention has scope to positively contribute to climate change targets.
10) Equality Considerations
A focus on health inequalities is at the core of Neighbourhood Health planning along with the identification of higher risk groups in the population in relation to protected characteristics, geography, inclusion health and socio-economic status.
11) Risk Management Considerations
The approach described is seeking to address and number of risks that will emerge through consideration of properties and populations.
