We have received and reviewed the following materials submitted in conjunction with the referenced application:
“Minor Subdivision Plan, Block 19501, Lot 21, Township of Jackson, Ocean County, New Jersey”. The drawing, consisting of One (1) Sheet, has been prepared by Professional Design Services, LLC and is dated 11/20/2023 with a latest revision date of 02/16/2026 indicated.
Resolution #2025-23 memorialized on 09/08/2025, granted Minor Subdivision Approval so as to establish two new lots on the subject property. Based on the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law, the subdivision plat was to be recorded by 03/17/2026.
The current application seeks to extend the plat filing requirement and the applicant should specify the requested time frame.
Approval of any time extension application, should be conditioned upon the following:
The applicant should address any zone changes which affect the property.
Testimony satisfactory to the Board relative to the need for the requested extension.
Testimony to the Board detailing any proposed modifications to the project which deviates from the original approval.
Compliance with all conditions and recommendations of the prior approval.
Compliance with any Federal, State, County or local regulatory agency having jurisdiction over the application.
