WHEREAS, all involved municipal agencies and officials have either reviewed the applications or inspected the premises and have no objection to the renewal of the license.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:

  1. That the Township Clerk is hereby authorized to deliver the applicant, Jerrie R. Barth, t/a Ascot Runne Kennel, 636 William Street, Jackson, New Jersey, a renewal of their kennel license commencing on February 1, 2003 and terminating on January 31, 2004.
  2. This license is issued subject to the applicant’s continued compliance with conditions and requirements as follows:
  3. Payment of all outstanding fees and taxes.
  4. The applicant shall conform to all laws & regulations required by Chapter 51-25.
  5. The applicant obtaining all other local, County and State permits.

  12. WHEREAS, the applicant, Maryann K. Howarth, t/a Melange Poodles, 180 Jackson Mills Road, Jackson, New Jersey has submitted an application for renewal of its license to operate a kennel at the premises as set forth below pursuant to Article III of Chapter 51 of the Jackson Township Code; and
  13. WHEREAS, the applications are in proper form, the proper fees have been paid and taxes have been paid up-to-date on the premises in question; and
