NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:

  1. The application of Land O Pines Park, Inc. t/a Land O Pines Mobile Home Park for renewal of its Mobile Home Park License for the premises known as 135 W. Commodore Blvd., Jackson, New Jersey, a/k/a Block 102.03, Lot 4, Jackson Township, is hereby approved.
  2. The Acting Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid renewal to the applicant.
  3. Said license is issued subject to any and all restrictions imposed by the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Jackson Township Planning Board.
  4. That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Township Administrator and Land O Pines Park, Inc.

  10. WHEREAS, United Mobile Homes, t/a Southwind Village has requested a renewal of its Mobile Home Park License for Calendar Year 2003 for property located at 435 E. Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey; and
  11. WHEREAS, per Ordinance 31-84, Supplementing Chapter 73 or the Jackson Code, said applicant has submitted an application in proper form, paid the required fees and has received approval from various municipal departments and agencies.

  13. The application of United Mobile Homes, t/a Southwind Village for renewal of its Mobile Home Park License for the premises known as 435 E. Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey, a/k/a Block 82.01, Lot 41, Jackson Township, is hereby approved.
  14. The Acting Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid renewal to the applicant.
  15. Said license is issued subject to any and all restrictions imposed by the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Jackson Township Planning Board.
