of Public Works is hereby authorized to award Contracts for Supplemental Snow Plowing Services, should the need arise prior to the finalization of the 2003 Budget, in an amount not to exceed agreed to price. The Mayor and Township Clerk are authorized to sign or issue any appropriate documentation to give effect to the within resolution.

TITLE: RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, OCEANCOUNTY, NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING MARTIN TAVE TO ENTER ONTO TOWNSHIP PROPERTY FOR PURPOSES OF GRADING AND TO REIMBURSE THE TOWNSHIP FOR FILL REMOVED FROM SITE

WHEREAS, Martin Tave owns property in the Whitesville Industrial Park, which has received Site Plan approval from the Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, Jackson Township owns the property adjacent to Mr. Tave's property, which Township land is known as Block 56.86, Lot 10, on Edison Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the approvals received by Mr. Tave require him to lower the grade on adjoining parcels as part of his construction of a building on his property; and
WHEREAS, the Jackson Township Industrial Commission has recommended that the Township grant Mr. Tave the right to enter onto Block 56.86, Lot 10 in order to grade the property in accordance with the approvals; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Tave has agreed to reimburse the Township for the approximate cost of the clean fill that will be removed as part of the grading process in the amount of $3200.00, based on the removal of an estimated 1600 cubic yards of fill at a price of two dollars per yard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
