WHEREAS, the applications are in proper form, the proper fees have been paid and taxes have been paid up-to-date on the premises in question; and
WHEREAS, all involved municipal agencies and officials have either reviewed the applications or inspected the premises and have no objection to the renewal of the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
That the Township Clerk is hereby authorized to deliver the applicant, Janet and Leonard Haring, t/a Sunriser Kennel, 811 Farmingdale Road, Jackson, New Jersey, a renewal of the kennel license commencing on February 1, 2018 and terminating January 31, 2019.
This license is issued subject to applicant’s continued compliance with conditions and requirements as follows:
Payment of all outstanding fees and taxes.
The applicant shall conform with all laws and regulations required by Chapter 98-25.
The applicant obtaining all other local, County and State permits.
That upon adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to Janet and Leonard Haring, t/a Sunriser Kennels.

WHEREAS, Quack Properties, LLC t/a All Seasons Mobile Home Park has requested a Mobile Home Park License for Calendar Year 2018 for property located at Toms River Road, a/k/a Block 23303, Lots 15 & 16, Jackson Township; and
WHEREAS, per Chapter 280 of the Jackson Code, said applicant has submitted an application in proper form, paid the required fees and has received approval from various municipal departments and agencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
The application of Quack Properties, LLC t/a All Seasons Mobile Home Park for a Mobile Home Park License for the premises located at Toms River Road a/k/a Block 23303, Lots 15 & 16, Jackson Township, is hereby approved.
The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid renewal to the applicant.
Said license is issued for a period commencing immediately and ending January 31, 2019.
Said license is issued subject to any and all restrictions imposed by the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Jackson Township Planning Board.
