TITLE: AUTHORIZE RENEWAL OF KENNEL LICENSE FOR CY 2018 TO AUDREY DE GASTER, T/A AIN'T MISBEHAVING CANINE SLEEP OVER (BLOCK 2403, LOT 11 – 156 W. COMMODORE BLVD.)
WHEREAS, Audrey De Gaster, t/a Ain't Misbehaving Canine Sleep Over, 156 West Commodore Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey (Block 2403, Lot 11) has submitted an application for renewal of a license to operate a kennel at the premises as set forth below pursuant to Article III of Chapter 98 of the Jackson Township Code; and
WHEREAS, the application is in proper form, the proper fees have been paid and taxes have been paid up-to-date on the premises in question; and
WHEREAS, all involved municipal agencies and officials have either reviewed the applications or inspected the premises and have no objection to the renewal of the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
That the Township Clerk is hereby authorized to deliver the applicant, Audrey DeGaster, t/a Ain’t Misbehaving Canine Sleep Over, 156 W. Commodore Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey a renewal of the kennel license commencing on February 1, 2018 and terminating January 31, 2019.
This license is issued subject to applicant’s continued compliance with conditions and requirements as follows:
Payment of all outstanding fees and taxes.
The applicant shall conform to all laws and regulations required by Chapter 98- 25.
The applicant obtaining all other local, County and State permits.
