WHEREAS, Thomas Makuch and Brenda Makuch of Child’s Wrecking Yard have paid the requisite renewal fee, have notified all property owners within 200' feet of the premises to be licensed and have complied with all necessary requirements for renewal pursuant to Chapter 239 of the Administrative Code of the Township of Jackson; and

WHEREAS, each of the necessary municipal departments and agencies has recommended the approval of the license renewal;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. The junkyard license issued to Child’s Wrecking Yard shall be renewed for a period of one (1) year.
2. Said license is issued for the 2018 Calendar year, terminating on December 31, 2018.
3. Said license is issued subject to the applicant's continued compliance with conditions and requirements as follows:
4. a.Payment of all outstanding fees and taxes.
5. b.The applicant obtaining all other local, County and State permits.
4. That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it along with the required license certificate to Child’s Wrecking Yard located at 390 W. Commodore Boulevard.

WHEREAS, the applicant, Allen Both, has submitted an application for a license to operate a pet shop, Major League Exotic Pets Inc., at the premises located at 400 South New Prospect Road, Jackson, New Jersey pursuant to Chapter 98 of the Jackson Township Code; and

WHEREAS, the application is in proper form and the proper fees have been paid

WHEREAS, all involved municipal agencies and officials have either reviewed the applications or inspected the premises and have no objection to the renewal of the license.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. That the Township Clerk is hereby authorized to deliver the applicant, Allen Both, t/a Major League Exotic Pets Inc., 400 S. New Prospect Road, Jackson, New Jersey, a pet shop license for the period February 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019.
2. This license is renewed subject to the applicant’s continued compliance with conditions and requirements as follows:
3. A.Payment of all outstanding fees and taxes.
4. B.The applicant shall conform with all laws & regulations required by Chapter 98.
5. C.The applicant obtaining all other local, County and State permits.
