That the Township Council, does hereby approve of the salaries for the Office of the Township Clerk for CY 2018, in accordance with the Salary Ordinance, as set forth on the attached Schedule A.
That a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded to Administration, Personnel, Chief Financial Officer, Township Clerk and any other interested parties.

TITLE: RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF THE DIRECTORS FOR CY 2018

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Faulkner Act, N.J.S.A. 40:69A-43a, the Township Council fixes the salaries of the directors of each department; and
WHEREAS, the specific salaries are set by resolution are the Director of the Department of Community Development and Enforcement, the Department of Administration, the Department of Public Safety, and the Department of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the salaries to be set for CY 2018 for the Directors are within the ranges of the current Salary Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the salaries for the Directors for CY 2018 shall be as set forth on the attached Schedule A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, and State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Township Council, does hereby approve of the salaries for the Directors of the Departments of the Township of Jackson for CY 2018, as set forth on the attached “Schedule A”.
