Elevator Subcode fees. All elevator review and inspections are under the jurisdiction of the State and all testing fees shall be in accordance with those fees established and as amended from time to time under the New Jersey Administrative Code, N.J.A.C. 5:23-12.6 et seq. All applications are to be made to the State Elevator Division (Resolution No. 130R-12, March 27, 2012).
