M s. Cipriani explained there was a letter from Pinelands Commission informing that the certificate of filing for that application had expired and that they could apply for a new one. It was up to the Board whether or not to proceed, until the certificate of filing was approved. The filing is not an approval just a certificate that they had filed an application with Pinelands. Ms. Cipriani received correspondence from their attorney earlier in the week, stating their intention is to get that certificate of filing and then return to the Board. They also indicated they may be making changes to that application.
