TITLE: RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY RENEWING LIQUOR LICENSES FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2020 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2021

WHEREAS, the current holder of Club Alcoholic Beverage License have filed their renewal applications for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, all of said licensees have complied with the State Law and local ordinances, have submitted the proper license fee as hereinafter noted and applications, and it is the desire of this governing body to grant said licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Township Attorney has reviewed said license renewal applications and has approved them as to form and content; and
WHEREAS, the Jackson Township Police Department has conducted the necessary inspections for the license renewals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
Club Alcoholic Beverage Licenses are issued to the following organizations for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021:
