RESOLUTION 357R-16 TITLE: CONSENT TO THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL MEMBER TO THE PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES ADVISORY BOARD FOR THE REMAINDER OF CY 2016

MOTION TO APPROVE BY: MARTIN MOTION SECONDED BY: BRESSI YES: CALOGERO, MARTIN, UPDEGRAVE, BRESSI, NIXON

WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advise and consent of the Township Council, approved appointments to the Private Residential Communities Advisory Board for CY 2016 pursuant to Resolution No. 100R-16 dated February 2, 2016; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advice and consent of Council, is authorized to make said appointments pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 153(E) of the Administrative Code of the Township of Jackson under the advice and consent of the Township Council; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to appoint an additional member to this board effective immediately and ending December 31, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey as follows:

  1. That pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:69A-36(B), the Township Council does hereby consent to the appointment of the following individual to the Private Residential Communities Advisory Board for a term commencing immediately and ending December 31, 2016:
  2. Three Pence Brook Barbara DiCicco
  3. Appointee shall serve without compensation.
  4. Copies of this resolution to Municipal Administrator, Appointee and any other interested parties.

TITLE: RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE POSTED BY THE MANHATTAN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC FOR SITE PLAN THE BANK (FULTON BANK) A/K/A/ BLOCK 12705 LOT 1 (FORMERLY BLOCK 148.01 LOT 5.01)

WHEREAS, The Manhattan Real Estate Investment Group, LLC has requested a release of the Maintenance Guarantee, which consists of Letter of Credit No. S040728 74in the amount of $76,278.79 issued by Fulton Bank pertaining to Site Plan The Bank (Fulton Bank) Block 12705, Lot 1 (formerly Block 148.01 Lot 5.01) Jackson Township; and

WHEREAS, Al Yodakis of T&M Associates, Township Engineer, has reviewed and approved the release of said maintenance guarantee in letter report dated December 1, 2015, which letter report is made a part hereof; and

WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson has considered the application and the report of the Engineer for the release of said Maintenance Guarantee in the form of Letter of Credit #S040728.
