RESOLUTION 369R-18
TITLE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JANICE KISTY TO THE POSITION OF MUNICIPAL CLERK
WHEREAS, due to the retirement of Township Clerk Ann Marie Eden, a vacancy will exist in the position of Township Clerk of the Township of Jackson effective January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021; and
WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133 and the Jackson Township Administrative Code Section 3-30 provides for the appointment of a Township Clerk.
