TITLE: AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SALE OF ONE (1) PLENARY RETAIL CONSUMPTION LICENSE BY WAY OF SEALED BIDS WITH A MINIMUM BID SET AT $350,000.00

WHEREAS, there exists in the Township of Jackson the authority to issue one (1) additional Plenary Retail Consumption License for the sale of alcoholic beverages; and
WHEREAS, the Township Council has determined to offer by sealed bid, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 33:1-19.3, one (1) Plenary Retail Consumption License with qualifications in accordance with this Resolution.
