WHEREAS, the Ocean County Office of Senior Services has approved the funding for 2012, contingent upon continued Area Plan Grant funding and the approval and adoption of the 2012 Ocean County budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, that:

  1. The Township of Jackson does hereby wish to accept the funds in the amount of $17,700.00 to be utilized toward information and assistance at the Jackson Township Senior Center.
  2. Upon the adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is authorized to forward a certified copy to Municipal Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, Jackson Township Department of Senior Services and any other interested parties.
