RESOLUTION 387R-15 TITLE: TO AMEND 2015 BUDGET- TRANSFER RESOLUTION #3
Township Clerk Eden announced she would like to place Resolution 387R-15, which approves a 2015 budget transfer #3, to the end of the meeting. It requires two-thirds affirmative vote (4 votes are needed) and we expect Council Vice President Martin to arrive shortly. We will also postpone the Bills and Claims until such time as Council addresses Resolution No. 387R-15. Council agreed.
CONSENT AGENDA, ONE VOTE FOR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS:
RESOLUTION 386R-15 TITLE: AUTHORIZE TAX OVERPAYMENT REFUNDS
MOTION TO APPROVE BY: BRESSI MOTION SECONDED BY: NIXON YES: BRESSI, NIXON, CALOGERO ABSENT: UPDEGRAVE, MARTIN
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Township Tax Collector that the taxpayers as indicated on the attached Schedule “A” are entitled to overpayment refunds, and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Council to have these overpayments returned to the respective taxpayers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that:
The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to make overpayment refunds in the amount shown and to the taxpayers, as appears on Schedule “A” which made apart hereof.
Copies of this Resolution to the Tax Collector.
