and application and it is now the desire of this governing body to grant the reveal of said license; and
WHEREAS, the Township Attorney has reviewed said license renewal application and has approved same.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Township Committee note this license has been inactive since June 28, 1999 and that this is the fourth license term for which the applicant has been renewed; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Township Committee authorize this renewal for the 2004-2005, license term, however, no further renewals for this license shall be granted unless the license is actively used at an approved site on or before June 30, 2005
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
That Plenary Retail Alcoholic Beverage Consumption License No. 1511-33-017-004 held in pocket status by Anthony Vinceguerra and Mary Ann Vinceguerra at 569 Monmouth Road, Cream Ridge, New Jersey be and is hereby renewed for the licensing year from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005.
That the license fee in the amount of $2,000.00 has been paid to the Township for said licensing period.
That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is directed to forward a certified copy of it to the applicants, the appropriate Township Officials, New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control and other interested parties.
This resolution shall be effective Nun Pro Tunc to July 1, 2004.

TITLE: APPOINT PETER CLUTE AS ALTERNATE #1 MEMBER TO THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Township Committee are authorized, pursuant to the Municipal Code of the Township Jackson to appoint members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for terms set forth in said code; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and Township Committee to fill said vacancy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
The following person is hereby appointed to the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for a term commencing June 7, 2004 and ending June 7, 2006:

Appointee shall perform such duties and responsibilities as set forth by State Statute and the Municipal Code of the township of Jackson.
Appointee shall serve without compensation.
