WHEREAS, Fountainhead Properties t/a Fountainhead Mobile Home Park has a mobile home park license for calendar year 2004 for property located at One Rose Drive, also known as Block 111, Lot 39, Jackson Township; and

WHEREAS, the applicant has paid the required fees in accordance with Chapter 99 of the Jackson Township Code and has received approval from various municipal departments and agencies; and

WHEREAS, the Township Committee has reviewed the license that has been issued and, based upon the historic and general use of this park and consistent with the desires of the applicant and the Township Committee, the license issued should be for an adult mobile home park; and

WHEREAS, any current residents of Fountainhead Mobile Home Park will be permitted to remain as residents indefinitely regardless of whether they comply with the age requirements of an adult mobile home park.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows: 1 The mobile home park license e premises known as One Rose Drive, a/k/a Block 111, Lot 39, shall be converted to an adult mobile home park license for the balance of calendar year 2004.

2. The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid replacement license to the applicant.
3. Said license shall be valid and effective commencing with the date of this resolution and ending January 31, 2005.
4. Said license is subject to any and all restrictions imposed by the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Jackson Township Planning Board.
5. That upon the adoption of this Resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Township Administrator, the Township Zoning Officer and the Fountainhead Properties t/a Fountainhead Mobile Home Park.
