RESOLUTION NUMBER 244R-09 TITLE: RESOLUTION TO CANCEL 2009 PRIOR TEMPORARY AND EMERGENCY TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS

WHEREAS, upon the conclusion of the CY 2009 Municipal Budget Workshops, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson has determined the need to amend appropriations in certain line items (as noted below) resulting in the need to amend/cancel prior CY 2009 temporary and emergency temporary appropriations; and

WHEREAS, at this time it is necessary to formally cancel said temporary appropriations to reduce the appropriation, so as to reflect the reduction in the adopted budget an amount less than what was appropriated in the temporary and emergency temporary budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey that the below appropriations listed be cancelled:
