RESOLUTION 159-2025
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY GRANTING A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR A SOCIAL AFFAIR AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWNSHIP CLERK TO CERTIFY SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION FOR AMVETS POST#2
WHEREAS, a complete application for a Special Permit for a Social Affair from the Amvets Post #2 Ocean County has been submitted to the Township Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has reviewed said application and certified that there is no objection to the applicant's application; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson as follows:
That the Council hereby grants a Special Permit for a Social Affair to the Amvets Post #2 Ocean County to hold said Social Affair on July 26, 2025, rain date July 27, 2025 at 1290 Toms River Road, Jackson Twp., from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
That the Township Clerk is authorized to certify the above-referenced Special Permit Application and provide a copy of same and this Resolution to the Amvets Post #2 Ocean County.
I, SANDRA MARTIN do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson at a meeting held on the 22nd day of April, 2025.
