TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 154-2025

APPOINTING AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COMPLIANCE OFFICER

WHEREAS, the position of Public Agency Affirmative Action Contract Compliance Officer is vacant as of March 3, 2025; and

WHEREAS, the Township Council has been directed by the State of New Jersey, Affirmative Action Office, to appoint a Public Agency Contract Compliance Officer in accordance with P.L. 1975 c.127; and

WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of filling such vacancy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey as follows:

1. That pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:69A-36, the Township Council does hereby appoint Veronica Dagner to the position of Affirmative Action Contract Compliance Officer commencing April 22, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
2. Appointee shall receive such compensation of $2,250.00 as set forth by Salary Ordinance 2025-02.
3. Certified copies of this resolution to Municipal Administrator, Finance Department, Veronica Dagner, and any other interested parties.
