TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 235-2025

RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AUTHORIZING REFUND OF OVERPAYMENT OF TAXES

WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Township Tax Collector that the taxpayer below is entitled to an overpayment refund, and;

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Council to have such overpayment returned to the taxpayer;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that:

1. The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to make overpayment refunds in the amount shown and to the taxpayer below as payment was misapplied as such payment was intended for the building department.
2. BLOSSOM HVAC, PLUMBING & ELECTRIC LLC. BLOCK:6704 LOT:5 9 BRYANT DRIVE
3. Amount $211.00
2. Copies of this Resolution to the Tax Collector.
