Overview of the Process: Formal Grievance Process
Any provisions, rules, or practices, other than those in the regulations, must apply equally to both parties.
Basic requirements:
- Treat complainants and respondents equitably
- Follow grievance process
- Only impose any disciplinary sanctions against a respondent after grievance process followed
