RESOLUTION 305-2025
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY AWARDING A CONTRACT TO LANCHA CONSTRUCTION CORP., FOR THE TOWNSHIPS PROJECT ENTITLED "FY21-24 CDBG CONCRETE ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS TO JUSTICE COMPLEX"
WHEREAS, the Township has previously advertised for and received bids for the project entitled “FY21-24 CDBG Concrete Accessibility Improvements to Justice Complex”; and
WHEREAS, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the Township received bids from the following entities, Lancha Construction Corp., TC Landscape Construction Group, and Seacoast Construction, Inc., as follows:
